Christmas in Illinois

Me and Emma spin at Grampa's church duing the Iron Chef cookoff that featured Mommy and Daddy and their yummy food - we had fiesta crepes, potato latkes and petite mediterranean burgers with olive tapenade.

Thomas, Me, Arabella and Cousins Lilah and Emma

This is my baby sister Arabella and our cousin Lilah.

Aunt Toni and Lilah at Lilah's dedication service.
Grampa looks good in pink huh? And there's Aunt Toni, Lilah, Uncle Eric and Emma.

Let's watch Thomas...Again!

Here's the yummy Pomegranate and Goat Cheese Salad we had with Christmas dinner.
Here's what the Christmas table looked like. Lots of pretty things to see.

Thomas, Thomas Everywhere - Thomas cup, Thomas the train, and Thomas books. It's a very Thomasy Christmas for me.

Grampie helps get the Polar Express on track.

Grampa and his girls watch the Polar Express go 'round the tree.

All aboard! This is the Polar Express and we're going to the North Pole.

Mommy and Bella in their Christmas jams.

Here I am with my Thomas books - I sure do like them. Thanks Santa.

Emma's playing with her boa and I'm playing with my trains.

It's Christmas morning. Let's get started.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care.

Long Time

Well, Christmas came and went though our tree is still up. We don't have internet at home right now so that's why you've not seen any new posts. We'll try try try to get some new ones up really soon. Forgive us. :) Arabella is growing rapidly and Ainsley talks non-stop (as long as no one new is around). This week we plan to clean up the holiday decor at home and rearrange the living room/library to shake things up a bit. Ainsley has a sinus infection and the rest of us have colds right now so lots of soup at our house. Ainsley is also really looking forward to going to Chicago next month with Phi Sigma Sigma. She and Daddy have BIG plans to play in the hotel swimming pool! Tim's enjoying his job at BBBS and looks forward to Bowl For Kids' Sake which is coming up soon. :) We hope your January is going well and are wishing for another BIG snowstorm (or two) to come our way.

Daddy slammed the van tailgate down on his nose...owe! Mommy and I had to take him to the hospital to get stitches. Dr. Hopkins gave him stitches and then gave me stickers!

Going on a Pumpkin Hunt...

Me in the soybean maze...
Me and Mommy painting a pumpkin.
Me and Daddy ride the train. This one is white!
Getting ready to go...
This is our whole train load...
I'm leading Mommy and Daddy through the soybean maze.
How tall is Ainsley?
Mommy's taller!
Daddy's the tallest!
I crossed the bridge all alone...but I wasn't sure I wanted to...
Once I got all done, I didn't want to get off!
Getting a pumpkin painted on my face...
Feeling the bumpy squash...
I'm peeking at you...
Waving hello to the goats
